Our roots

Founded by Povilas Dudonis and Algirdas Stasiūnaitis in the city of Vilnius, Lithuania, Serfy’s roots go deep. Starting as a spin-off project for a telecommunications company in 2014, our pilot project quickly gained the attention of investors. In 2017, Serfy launched, becoming an irreplaceable tool to help maintenance professionals and field service managers become more organised, efficient, and client-friendly. Today, we’re one of the leading field service management and ticketing software solutions. Serfy’s mission? To redefine how maintenance professionals manage their tasks for the better.
